Objective: To teach and lecture the basic concepts of certain fundamentals necessary for proper deployment of defensive pistol. This course is NOT meant to get students up to a "master" level of proficiency in one course. It is meant to teach certain concepts so that students obtain a basic understanding and then are able to practice at their own leisure.

● Course duration: 4 hours
● Course fee: $95
● Range Utilized: (Private Gun Range)
● Student Equipment Requirements
   ○ Eye and Ear Protection
   ○ Handgun (preferably carry piece)
   ○ 2 Magazines for handgun
   ○ Concealed-carry holster
   ○ 50 rounds ammunition (Can be purchased in class)
   ○ 2 action-proving dummy rounds / snap caps per student. (Can be purchased in class)

Course Schedule:

• Review of Fundamentals: 15min
• Deploying the Weapon: 30min
• Supplement to Weapon Deployment: 15 min
• Follow-through / multiple shots on target: 30 min
• Malfunction clearing: 30 min
• Individual Review/Examination: 15 min
• Total course time: 2 hours
