AUSTIN, Texas - Due to the COVID-19 situation, Central Texas Gun Works has made the following temporary modifications to normal business operations. We apologize in advance for the inconveniences and thank you for your patience and cooperation.

MODIFIED STORE HOURS

In order to enable our employees more time to process the increased number of customer orders, we are modifying the in-store customer service hours.

Until further notice, we will be open to customers Monday through Saturday from 10 AM until 3 PM and Sundays from 10 AM until 1 PM. Please note that we will be closed on May 24, May 25, July 3, July 4, and July 5, 2020.

FIREARMS AND ACCESSORIES
FFL Transfer Pickups

In order to process your firearm transfer for pickup, please allow us one (1) business day after you receive a delivery notification. We will call you when your firearm is ready for pickup. If we will be receiving your firearm transfer in the store, please continue to notify us through the FFL Transfer form. We use your information in order to contact you if we have questions and to notify you when your transfer is ready for pick up. We use the sender's information in order to provide them our license information.

Custom and Online Orders

The firearm and accessory supply chain is severely impacted by the COVID-19 situation. Please allow up to seven (7) weeks from the order date for custom and online order availability. We will call you when your order is ready for pickup.

LIMIT NUMBER OF PEOPLE INSIDE

We will limit the number of people in each room of the store. While assisting other customers, we may ask some customers to temporarily wait in a different area of the store or outside, if necessary.

CUSTOMER SERVICE BY TELEPHONE

Until further notice, we will be available to customers by telephone Monday through Saturday from 10 AM until 2 PM and Sundays from 10 AM until 1 PM. Please note that we will not be available to customers by telephone on May 24, May 25, July 3, July 4, and July 5, 2020.

We have seen an unprecedented number of telephone calls and apologize for the wait times.

Until further notice, customer service by email will be limited. We have temporarily closed all contact forms on this website other than the FFL Transfer form. If we will be receiving your firearm transfer in the store, please continue to notify us through the FFL Transfer form.
