Knuckles & Clubs Bill

AUSTIN, Texas - Texas House Bill 446 passed both the Texas House and Senate and was signed by the Governor.
The bill amends the Texas Penal Code to remove clubs from among the instruments that intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly carrying constitutes an unlawfully carrying weapons offense.
The bill removes the instrument of knuckles from among the prohibited weapons that intentionally or knowingly possessing, manufacturing, transporting, repairing, or selling constitutes an offense.
